FAQ

Practical questions

Do you only prepare recommendations?

No. Work can be limited to an independent review, but it can also continue through requirements, supplier selection, implementation, testing, commissioning and stabilisation. The agreed scope defines where Dito Consulting’s responsibility ends.

Can an engagement start with one bottleneck?

Yes. A recurring exception, failed hand-off or uncertain decision is often enough to begin. The initial work should establish whether the problem is local or a symptom of a wider system issue.

Are you tied to a software or equipment vendor?

The default approach is solution-neutral. A specific platform, technology or supplier is considered when it fits the documented requirements and operating conditions.

How do you decide whether AI is appropriate?

The starting point is the task, available data, required accuracy, risk, evaluation method and responsible owner. When normal automation or process redesign is more reliable, that should be preferred.

Do you manufacture food or dietary supplements?

Dito Consulting provides formulation, sourcing, scale-up and manufacturing-planning support. Actual production, accredited testing and regulated approvals must be performed by appropriately qualified manufacturers, laboratories and authorities.

Do you provide HACCP, GMP or IFS certification?

No. Consulting can support readiness, process design and documentation, but certification, official inspection and regulatory approval remain the responsibility of authorised bodies.

Work is structured around the decision and the implementation path: understand the present state, define the target, make responsibilities explicit and leave the client with a system that can be operated and improved.

A recommendation is useful only when it can survive contact with the real operation.
