SERVICES

Where commerce, automation and production meet.

You can start with one area. When the work crosses boundaries, we map those connections before implementation.

01

E-commerce & fulfilment

Connect the storefront, payments, orders, stock, warehouse, carriers and customer service into a flow your team can run.

  • Architecture and integrations
  • Orders, stock and fulfilment
  • Exceptions and operational control
See e-commerce services
02

Automation & AI

Remove repetitive work and add AI only where the data, review and responsibility are clear.

  • Process and workflow automation
  • AI assistants and document processing
  • Human review, monitoring and fallback
See automation and AI
03

Food & supplement development

Turn a concept into a recipe you can specify, cost and take into pilot production.

  • Formulation and reformulation
  • Ingredients, packaging and cost
  • Pilot production and manufacturing transfer
See product development
04

Manufacturing systems & facilities

Plan capacity, process flow, hygienic zoning, equipment, automation, commissioning and handover.

  • Capacity and facility planning
  • Equipment requirements and selection
  • Commissioning and production ramp-up

TYPICAL PROJECTS

Bring the decision that is still open.

You do not need a finished brief. A recurring problem or an investment decision that is not resolved is enough to start.

  1. 01

E-commerce is growing, but order handling no longer keeps up.

  2. 02

The same data is copied between systems and spreadsheets.

  3. 03

An AI pilot exists, but no one has settled ownership, evaluation or safeguards.

  4. 04

A food or supplement concept is not yet ready for commercial production.

  5. 05

Equipment is being selected before capacity and process requirements are settled.

  6. 06

Supplier proposals use different assumptions, so a fair comparison is not possible.

HOW WE WORK

Clear decisions before expensive commitments.

The scope changes with the project. The sequence stays the same.

  1. 01

    Understand

Set the objective, constraints, risks and decision.

  2. 02

    Map

Document the real process, systems, data and exceptions.

  3. 03

    Specify

Set out the target solution, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

  4. 04

    Implement

Support supplier selection, development, procurement, installation and testing.

  5. 05

    Stabilise

Resolve early issues, check performance and hand over a system the team can run.

The work can end with an independent opinion or a detailed specification. It can also continue through launch and stabilisation.

TYPICAL DELIVERABLES

Leave with material the next decision can use.

Each engagement should produce something the team can use to decide, build or operate the next step.

  • Current-state map and bottleneck analysis
  • Target process or system architecture
  • Functional and technical requirements
  • Capacity, cost or layout model
  • Supplier comparison or RFQ package
  • Implementation roadmap and risk register
  • Test and acceptance plan
  • Operating procedures and handover documentation

COMPANY

Independent advice for systems that have to work together.

Dito Consulting is an independent consultancy based in Bratislava, established in 2016. It works on projects where commercial goals, software, data, operations and production requirements meet.

The work starts with the current state and ends with a defined target, clear responsibilities and a handover the client can use. The scope may be a second opinion, detailed design, implementation oversight or ongoing advice.

A recommendation is useful only if it works in the operation.

CONTACT

Bring the bottleneck or the decision you need to make.

A first message can be one paragraph: what is happening, what must be decided, what is at risk and what result would help.

You do not need a finished specification to start the conversation.
