Dito Consulting is an independent consultancy based in Bratislava, established in 2016. It works on projects where commercial goals, software, data, operations and production requirements meet.
The work starts with the current state and ends with a defined target, clear responsibilities and a handover the client can use. The scope may be a second opinion, detailed design, implementation oversight or ongoing advice.
A recommendation is useful only if it works in the operation.
